We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven
Marketing & Social Media Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in amplifying our brand presence, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting overall marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborating closely with the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for crafting and executing forward-thinking social media strategies, optimizing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance data to drive measurable growth and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to elevate brand awareness, drive engagement, and expand an audience across multiple platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to design campaigns that strengthen recruitment, employer branding, support talent acquisition, and enhance recruitment efforts overall
- Work with the VP of Operations to align social media strategies with broader organization and operational goals
- Curate, create, and manage high-quality content (e.g., images, videos, written posts) for all social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand messaging
- Engage with online communities by monitoring, responding to, and cultivating meaningful interactions to foster a positive brand experience
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports using data-driven insights to recommend strategies for enhancing engagement and return on investment (ROI)
- Stay informed on trends, tools, and best practices, applying innovative approaches to grow our audience
- Coordinate paid social media advertising efforts, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Support broader marketing initiatives, including participation in career fairs, marketing campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and digital advertising
- Assist in managing and updating the company website, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and talent acquisition goals
- Ensure all social media activities comply with relevant laws and company guidelines, particularly in relation to intellectual property, privacy and compliance standards
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or High School Diploma required
- Minimum of 2 years of completed college credits is mandatory
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in social media management, marketing, or a related role highly preferred
- Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns across various platforms
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a healthcare industry setting
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
- Basic understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and digital marketing principles
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative, strategic thinker with excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
