Role Overview
As the Marketing Coordinator at SWTHZ, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Brand Marketing by scheduling social media posts, executing email marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement, and coordinating events that amplify our brand presence. This is a dynamic and creative role that demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Create compelling email content, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated campaigns.
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences for targeted messaging.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Events Execution:
- Plan and coordinate events that align with our brand values and objectives.
- Handle event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Promote events through various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Evaluate event success through post-event analysis and feedback collection.
Social Media Management:
- Execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and feedback, responding promptly and appropriately
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and event coordination.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid) and CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation in marketing.
- Knowledge of GDPR and other email marketing regulations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
