We are hiring for an exciting opportunity within Eighth Square’s marketing division, on the marketing services and design team. This team is responsible for the creation and execution of all in-house and external marketing services strategies and executions.
This position is remote but will be required to work normal business hours related to client customer service needs. Additional after-hours work may be required based on project needs and assignments. Travel and onsite in-person support may be required.
Position Description
This position will consistently deliver a high standard of client service, effective strategy, functional design and creative ideation – working within internal quality standards and exceeding client expectations. This role requires a keen eye for translating client’s brands. A strong desire to stay on top of marketing and design trends and seek out innovative approaches is an expectation.
Marketing Management
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of client marketing and branding strategies that align with client objectives.
- Assist in the planning, development and implementation of internal marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive business growth.
- Responsible for the creation and editing of compelling content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
- Oversee the execution of social media campaigns, website management, etc. to ensure a cohesive and effective online presence.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
Client Management
- Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for marketing services clients, managing communication, expectations, and deliverables throughout the lifetime of the client’s project and services, including leading client meetings.
- Anticipate client needs, address concerns proactively, and provide excellent customer service.
Project Management
- Coordinate with Senior Manager of Marketing & Branding, internal teams and partners to deliver high-quality marketing services.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing and branding efforts for multiple clients simultaneously, along with supporting internal marketing efforts.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines, constantly and proactively updating Senior Manager of Marketing & Branding and stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in omnichannel marketing.
- Demonstrated skill to develop, communicate, and gain alignment around a big-picture integrated marketing vision and strategy—and then translate that into thoughtful execution plans and tactics spanning diverse audiences (B:B, B:C) and channels (email, web, etc.).
- Proven experience in account management and/or project management.
- Possess both strategy and conceptual thinking, and proven track record of leading projects from research through insights to concept and tactical launch planning.
- Ability to “connect the dots”; navigates ambiguity while possessing clear competency and using fact-based argument to support recommendations.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, and must be highly creative, solutions-oriented, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and initiatives while consistently demonstrating forward progress.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience in social media platforms and content management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and/or related field.
- Prior agency setting experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 per year plus benefits.
