As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be instrumental in the formulation, development, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and propel the growth aspirations of our extensive brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead Sales Marketing Strategy
- Design and implement multifaceted campaigns aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to optimize marketing leads and opportunities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics and KPIs, making necessary adjustments.
- Oversee Marketing Integrations
- Regularly assess and refine marketing strategies to boost execution and outcomes.
- Strategically manage resources, including budget allocations and workforce, to ensure successful integrations.
- Craft and deliver clear internal and external communications.
- Lead Brand Strategy
- Assess and execute a house of brands approach for the platform and upcoming acquisitions, encompassing branding, timing, and communication strategies.
- Direct the creation and deployment of advertising and marketing content across diverse platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging and branding.
- Partner with stakeholders throughout a matrixed organization to support our brand portfolio.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders
- Engage with internal departments, external vendors, and customers to craft innovative and impactful marketing initiatives.

- Forecast and Strategize

- Manage Public and Media Relations
- Supervise all public relations efforts, including corporate communications, press releases, and event coverage.
- Lead and Develop Your Team
- Oversee direct reports, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth M&A environments is advantageous.
