As the Vice President of Marketing, you will be instrumental in formulating, executing, and refining strategic communication initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and aligning with the growth targets of our varied brand portfolio. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic marketing direction to enhance sales and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel campaigns targeting customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to optimize marketing leads and opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Enhance marketing playbooks for increased effectiveness and outcomes.
- Allocate resources strategically, encompassing budget and human capital, to facilitate successful marketing integrations.
- Oversee company communications, ensuring clarity and alignment in messaging.
- Implement a house of brands strategy for branding, communication, and marketing for current and future acquisitions.
- Supervise the production and execution of marketing content across diverse platforms, maintaining consistent messaging.
- Engage with stakeholders across various departments to foster innovative and financially sound marketing initiatives.
- Forecast marketing trends and pinpoint growth opportunities to align with organizational objectives.
- Direct public and media relations efforts, including corporate communications and press outreach.
- Lead and support your team through effective management, including recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement with diverse audiences.
- Highly driven and motivated, coupled with robust time management and organizational capabilities.
- Proficient in relationship-building to nurture strategic partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in tools such as GA4 for interpreting varied data sets to inform marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth M&A contexts is advantageous.
