Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and assess performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting tactics as needed to ensure success.
- Continuously refine and upgrade marketing playbooks to enhance execution and results.
- Strategically manage resources, including budget allocations and team assignments, to facilitate successful marketing integrations.
- Oversee brand strategy, ensuring cohesive messaging across our diverse portfolio of brands and future acquisitions.
- Forge strong relationships with internal departments, external partners, and clients to develop impactful, financially viable marketing initiatives.
- Anticipate marketing trends and identify growth avenues to drive the organization forward.
- Manage all public and media relations efforts, including corporate communications and event coverage.
- Lead and nurture your team, focusing on recruitment, training, and retention.

Qualifications

- At least 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with a proven track record in a leadership role overseeing internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug test.
- Experience in environments characterized by private equity backing or high-growth mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
