Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in a contractual, fractional or interim role to help drive our commercial real estate marketing strategy and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective marketing plans, optimizing brand awareness, and increasing engagement with investment sales and capital markets service lines. You will work closely with our executive team to identify key market opportunities and provide strategic insights. Key Responsibilities
- Strategy. Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Greysteel’s business goals and objectives, including strategies in automation.
- Brand. Oversee the positioning of the Greysteel brand and public relations efforts, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and segmentation where appropriate.
- Digital. Lead digital marketing efforts integrated to the CRM, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and internal communications.
- Research. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, new markets, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Mentor. Manage and mentor the matrixed marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Data. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven goal-setting to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- At least 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role within the commercial real estate industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
