We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our innovative team and take charge of our social media strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across various social platforms to enhance our brand visibility and engagement. You will analyze performance metrics, develop strategies to increase follower engagement, and collaborate with marketing and HR teams to align our social content with our overall business goals. You will be working with various such as Scrum Master. Your creativity and strategic thinking will play a crucial role in positioning Encore Pro Staffing as a thought leader in the recruitment industry and driving candidate and client engagement. Compensation: $50/hr
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage relevant content that reflects Encore Pro Staffing's brand voice
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives and support recruitment efforts
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media tools
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Conduct social media audits and present findings to management for strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated expertise in creating successful social media campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media performance metrics
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in social media management tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
