Job Title: Senior Global Brand Manager – Luxury Wine & Spirits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Global Brand Manager to oversee the management, growth, and innovation of our client's luxury wine and spirits olbrand. This role is pivotal in shaping the brand's global identity, ensuring market consistency, driving innovation, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities
1. Global Brand Management & Innovation
- Develop and implement comprehensive global brand strategies to ensure consistent positioning and differentiation in the luxury market.
- Lead the creation and execution of new product concepts, launches, and innovations aligned with market trends and consumer insights.
- Monitor brand performance globally, providing strategic adjustments to optimize growth and market share.
2. Market Coordination
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure brand alignment and adapt strategies to meet market-specific needs and opportunities.
- Analyze competitive landscapes and consumer behaviors across markets to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for market teams, providing guidance on brand guidelines, campaigns, and initiatives.
3. Events & Communications
- Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile global events, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury ethos.
- Develop and manage comprehensive global communication strategies, including PR, digital marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Partner with creative and agency teams to deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
4. Stakeholder Relationships
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and luxury partners.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering collaborations that enhance the brand’s prestige and global reach.
5. Global Strategy
- Drive the long-term vision for the brand by identifying emerging trends, technologies, and markets.
- Ensure strategic alignment across all global business units and functions.
- Develop annual and multi-year brand plans that align with business goals and financial targets.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in brand management, with at least 5 years in the luxury wine and spirits industry.
- Proven track record of driving global brand growth and successful innovation launches.
- Expertise in navigating complex, multi-market environments and coordinating diverse teams.
