Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to drive brand
awareness and engagement for Ripples across digital channels. This role will be responsible for
leveraging Ripples's partnerships with iconic brands and engaging our customer base of
business owners to inspire new business interest. Working closely with our acquisition team, the
Social Media Marketing Manager will develop and execute an organic social strategy to build
top-of-funnel interest among targeted business audiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop a comprehensive social media strategy focused on building awareness for
Ripples among business owners.
● Come up with and execute collaborative initiatives with Ripples's strategic partners to
leverage their brand influence and massive reach.
● Collaborate with Ripples's existing customers across the US to create authentic, highly
engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
● Support the company’s senior leadership in building and managing their social media
presence in alignment with the overall strategy.
● Collaborate with the acquisition team to support lead generation and revenue goals,
aligning social strategy with paid acquisition.
● Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights to optimize
content and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
● A “social media native” with a deep understanding of what drives engagement, brand
affinity, and audience growth on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and others.
● Curious and proactive, staying up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best
practices to consistently bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
● Proven track record of creating engaging content and executing successful organic
social media strategies that deliver measurable results.
● Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment, with the ability to adapt
quickly and work effectively with limited resources.
● Self-motivated, creative, and independent, with strong project management skills to
handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
● Exceptional communicator with native English proficiency and the ability to convey
ideas clearly and persuasively across various mediums.
