Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trending topics, and competitor activities.
Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
Analyze web analytics and social media metrics with tools like Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies.
Engage with followers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster strong community relationships.
Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging and enhance brand reputation through strategic outreach.
Plan and execute Facebook Advertising campaigns to boost content reach and target specific audience segments effectively.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels while ensuring content quality through proofreading and editing.

Experience

Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Hands-on experience managing social media platforms using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and web analytics tools including Google Analytics.
Familiarity with video editing software for creating engaging multimedia content.
Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management techniques.
Experience in e-commerce environments or online retail is a plus.
Excellent proofreading skills combined with the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with brand voice.
