The Role
As the Vice President of Sales and Marketing, you will drive revenue growth, oversee sales performance, and develop impactful marketing strategies that enhance customer experience and elevate the brand. Reporting directly to the Co-President & Chief Strategy Officer, you will be a key player in steering the company toward achieving its ambitious goals.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Analyze sales metrics to ensure goals are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners, including lenders, real estate agents, brokers, and settlement attorneys.
- Enhance the sales process to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Marketing Strategy
- Design and execute innovative marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful digital marketing campaigns, materials, and promotions.
- Oversee marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective, high-return campaigns.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website, social media, and customer communications.
Qualifications We're Looking For
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the homebuilding, real estate, or related industries.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving sales growth and managing successful teams.
- Deep understanding of homebuilding markets, consumer trends, and competitive dynamics.
- Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Strong communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Analytical and results-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Hubspot experience and a Residential Real Estate Broker's license are strongly preferred.
