We're looking for a CPG brand generalist who can support on briefs, creative ideas, GTM plans and project management.
This is a full time, in-person/hybrid role (Tues, Weds, Thursday in office) based in Tribeca, NYC.
As ABM, you'll:
- Lead the development of best-in-class integrated marketing plans from brief to go-to-market plans and final execution for brand initiatives, product launches and limited editions in close partnership with cross-functional teams
- Owning and defining the brand voice and creative copywriting to communicate key product attributes
- Influence and inspire the creative ideation by coming up with idea thought starters and brainstorming with the creative team
- Uncover actionable and powerful insights through analysis of brand performance, consumer insights, category trends & competitive dynamics (leveraging sources incuding panel data, eComm and growth insights). Leverage these insights to shape brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendations
- Assist in the creation and development of annual strategy and brand ideas
- Support in the development of potential brand initiatives inclusive of Influencers, brand activations, partnerships and PR.
- Manage external freelancers from outreach, to briefing and reviews to final asset handoff.
- Management of projects, timelines and budget
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related professional brand management/marketing experience in the CPG industry
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, including managing timelines, budgets and stakeholder management
- Experience developing integrated marketing plans from brief and concepting ideas through execution in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Has worked on packaging projects, innovation launch plans and 360 comms plans
- Proven ability to be a creative and innovative thinker including excellence in concepting & copywriting
- Strong team orientation and interpersonal skills to work with people in diverse functional areas; excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
- Experience working with / managing freelancers and/or vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, apply an appropriate sense of urgency
- Accountable and take ownership of marketing projects using strong project management skills

Magic Spoon intends to offer competitive base pay within the stated range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications. To further compensate and recognize our employees for their work, our total compensation package includes equity and a robust benefits package. The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $90,000-$120,000.
