About the role
As the Creative Director, you will have the opportunity and responsibility for managing the entire creative process and serving as a liaison between our creative agencies, media partners, and internal team to deliver impressive results. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of creative assets, providing recommendations and directions for iterations, and making tweaks and updates to the designs internally as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with the CAO and CMO to elevate LifeMD brands (LifeMD, RexMD, ShapiroMD, NavaMD, Cleared) and inspire community
- Develop and manage LifeMD's creative vision from concept to completion
- Synthesize creative assets across all touchpoints including social media, website, marketing campaigns, and app experience
- Review and approve creative and copy developed by partners, ensuring that deliverables meet marketing goals and brand standards
- Design new creatives in-house as needed to support marketing initiatives
- Analyze creative effectiveness and provide feedback to creators and creative partners to improve future projects
- Direct photographers and videographers on creative projects and shoots
- Collaborate with marketing team to support campaigns and product launches with unique visuals and creative assets
- Come up with creative content ideas to test across our marketing channels
- Identify needs for creative resources (freelancers, designers, design agencies, etc) and hire designers and creators in-house as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in advertising, art, design or relevant field
- Experience as a senior graphic designer, art director, or similar role
- Experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels
- Strong understanding of creative industry trends; specifically within ecommerce is a plus
- Highly proficient with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives and budgets
- Skilled in group coordination and providing constructive feedback
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at one time
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills
