Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is a critical member of the Love Wellness Marketing Team. Supporting the development and execution of new products from concept to commercialization. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for project timeline management for new product innovation across all cross functional teams. They primarily support the Sr. Director of Product Marketing in developing and executing the product innovation pipeline.
Salary Range: $62,400- $65,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing (75%)
- Support Sr. Director in development and management of 3 year innovation calendar
- Conduct detailed analysis of the competitive landscape, industry trends and sales data to identify new opportunities as well as support hero products
- Assist with all aspects of new product launches including briefing, competitive analysis, pricing analysis, copywriting requests
- Help create and implement successful marketing campaigns
Marketing Project Management (25%)
- Project timeline management across all cross-functional work streams related to new product innovation and launch campaigns (including marketing, product development, supply chain, creative, retail, digital, social)
- Submit and help manage creative requests for new product innovation and launch campaigns
- Support with creative reviews and approvals
- Help maintain innovation calendar and internal update communications
- Assist in ad hoc Marketing projects as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Must be based in the NYC area
- Bachelor's degree and at least one year of professional experience or equivalent internship experience
- Organized multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
- Analytical thinker
- Passionate about the health and wellness industry
- Category experience a plus but not a must
