Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a
Marketing Coordinator to support the
Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) Shared Services team in the
NYC office. This person will assist the Manager, Marketing Services with marketing projects across multiple lines of business, including Retail, Library, Gift, and International. This role will require strong creative, organizational, and time-management skills to support the sales and marketing plans of IPS clients through newsletters, social media, and additional strategic tasks.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or year for year directly related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Book publishing or marketing experience
- Experience using Canva or Adobe products like Photoshop or InDesign
- Highly organized and collaborative with ability to multi-task, prioritize, and ask questions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides support and assistance to the Manager, Marketing Services with the tactical execution of sales marketing plans, strategies and programs across the shared services sales team.
- Maintains ongoing day to day, weekly and monthly marketing operations including newsletters, co-op, social media, and website updates.
- Works with management to coordinate the production of marketing materials, tracking projects, and working within designated deadlines.
- Works with the shared services and international sales team to ensure timely development of content for marketing materials to drive target markets to desired results.
- Works with graphic design department to assist in the design, layout, and format of materials that communicate marketing objectives.
- Works with Manager, Marketing Services to promote publisher education.
- Participates in various client publisher meetings, takes minutes and follows up with action items identified.
- Schedules and organizes international sales meetings with internal staff and clients as required, including business reviews, pre-sales and sales conference breakout meetings, takes minutes and follows up on action items identified during meetings
Hiring Salary Range: . This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position and will be determined by factors including but not limited to: applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
