Job Title: Social Media Content Creator (College Student or Recent Grad)
Location: New York, NY (in- person)
About Conquer: Conquer is an app that connects people to play sports in NYC. Our mission is to increase access to sports games, bringing together people who would never otherwise meet. We believe sports are the best way to form strong connections.
We're starting with pickleball, the country's fastest growing sport.
What You'll Do:
-Shoot and edit engaging video content
-Brainstorm and execute on abstract content/marketing ideas
-Connect with players in person and interview them
-Create and edit graphic content on Canva and Figma
What We're Looking For:
We want someone:
Scrappy: Boots on the grounds. You'll be going to games multiple nights per week, interviewing players, making TikToks, coming up with content ideas, and engaging with the community. Doing whatever it takes to grow our accounts.
Comfortable on Camera: Self explanatory.
With a Great Design Sense: As part of the interview process, we'll ask you to design a mood board for Conquer. We want to make sure you have an eye for our brand and what it can turn into. You should also be comfortable with tools like Canva and CapCut.
Who Enjoys Sports: You'll be shooting content with athletes. We want someone who is excited by this and not afraid to hop in and play.

You'll have full autonomy making your own strategy and will be a leader for our content team. Essentially you'll have the opportunity to organically grow a newer Instagram and TikTok account from the ground up.
