About The Role
We are hiring a Social Media Strategist who will directly work with the Founder and Head of Growth. You will act as the voice of Warp on X, Linkedin, and other social media platforms, and post interesting content that founders can engage with, and serve as the initial point of contact for founders looking to use Warp.
This is not a routine, 9 to 5 job. This is not a Monday-Friday job. Our potential customers are based on the East Coast and West Coast, and you have to be active during the weekend to maintain our social media presence.
Working at Warp means having high ownership and agency. We do whatever it takes to make our customers successful. You may have to post on X at 10pm. But we also don’t mind if you have to run an errand at 11am on a Tuesday.
We have a beautiful office in SoHo, NY where we all work several days in person. For this role, you need to be located in New York City.
Compensation
$100,000-$150,000 plus benefits and generous equity.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Warp handles on X, Linkedin, and other social media
- Brainstorm interesting content that founders can engage with
- Coordinate posts across all social media channels
- Attend founder focused events and spread word about Warp
What You Need
We don’t care what school you went and what you majored in. What we care about is how driven you are to succeed in this role.
- Strong social media presence on X, Linkedin, TikTok, or Instagram
- History of posting interesting content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good Social instincts
- High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
- Willingness and openness to learn new things on a daily basis
