We are currently looking to bring an Account Coordinator onto our successful and growing team! The role of the Account Coordinator is to assist the team in providing the highest quality level of client service and project management on their account(s). The primary responsibility is completing various tasks outlined in project plans, organization, management, and tracking of project work within the agency on a daily basis.
Ability to travel up to 25% to events is a must.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Working with all members of the department, building strong internal relationships within and across teams
Assisting Account team with administrative tasks, including internal trafficking of projects (or trafficking of projects through all stages)
Responsible for market outreach, vendor and production research for assigned programs
Acting as a day-to-day liaison between account team and field staff
Traveling to events and managing specific tasks assigned before, during, and after activation
Following up on status of projects internally – production, budgets, schedules, and advises team of any delays or variances
Producing weekly status reports
Remaining current on all aspects of client marketing trends and other areas affecting the client’s business
Responsible for ensuring project materials are received and to client signoff and standards
With the supervision of their manager, tracking budget expenses against project actuals; codes expenses accordingly and providing status on budget
Ideal candidates will have:
1-2 years of event marketing experience is a plus, but we're happy to consider driven marketing candidates looking to learn and grow
Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing or business is a plus
A “can-do” attitude, ambitious and hungry with a competitive spirit
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to play well with others in a team-driven environment
Systematic and logical skills – develops and uses effective processes
Strong organization skills
Willingness to travel and work onsite at live events
