Printemps New York the legendary Parisian luxury department store is seeking a dynamic and creative Beauty Marketing Associate to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for executing innovative marketing campaigns for our beauty department, ensuring an elevated customer experience, and supporting the brand's vision.
Additionally, this role will encompass managing and promoting food-related experiences within the shop, collaborating with our food & beverage team to align food offerings with the store's aesthetic and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote beauty products and services at Printemps.
- Collaborate with beauty brands, influencers, and internal teams to create compelling content and experiences for customers.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising teams to ensure that beauty displays are appealing and on-brand.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Oversee social media presence for the beauty department, creating engaging posts and interacting with followers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging beauty innovations, incorporating these into campaigns and initiatives.
- Organize and execute beauty-related events and pop-up activations, working with key stakeholders.
- Oversee marketing and promotion of food-related offerings at Printemps NYC.
- Work closely with the food and beverage team to develop marketing strategies that complement the overall Printemps experience.
- Create content to promote food-related events and products, including newsletters, social media posts.
- Ensure that food offerings align with the store’s luxury image and customer expectations.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in beauty, retail, or food marketing, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong understanding of beauty trends and the luxury retail market.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
- Passion for beauty, fashion, and culinary experiences in luxury settings.
Language Ability :
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused attitude with high level of professionalism and ability to communicate across diverse groups of employees and departments.
- French is a plus
