About the Team
We are looking for a Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst to join our North America Business Marketing team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the future of marketing intelligence at one of the fastest-growing platforms in the world. You’ll be the mastermind behind transforming data into gold, driving smarter, more impactful decisions that will take our marketing to the next level.
As our Marketing Intelligence Data Analyst, you’ll lead the charge on everything from campaign performance to customer insights. Responsibilities
Master the Art of Marketing Measurement:
- Lead the charge in building and optimizing marketing measurement frameworks to assess the impact of business marketing initiatives.
- Report on campaign performance and optimize channels with A/B testing, KPI tracking, customer segmentation, and data modeling.
- Create actionable insights from complex data, and communicate them clearly to the marketing team and senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop dashboards and tools to uncover hidden opportunities for improvement, and drive smarter, data-driven decisions.
CRM Data Management, Analysis, and Enrichment:
- Manage and maintain CRM data, consolidate data from various sources inside our marketing CRM while ensuring data is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for marketing success.
- Build customer lifecycle views to track the effectiveness of marketing across all stages of the buying journey—from acquisition to re-engagement.
- Develop and experiment with advanced segmentation tactics to find new data-based insights to support personalization and optimization of marketing campaigns.
Champion a Data-Driven Culture:
- Foster a data-driven mindset across the team by providing training, documentation, and support to improve understanding and engagement with measurement and CRM systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and track performance, ensuring marketing strategies align with business growth goals.
- Create compelling narratives from complex data, and present findings to key stakeholders in a way that drives action.
Analyze and Predict Performance Trends:
- Track campaign performance, audience segmentation, and revenue impact, and develop predictive models to forecast performance trends.
- Collaborate closely with North America marketing teams to align metrics and ensure that we’re measuring what matters most to drive business impact.
- Find the story in our data—turn numbers into actionable insights that drive meaningful marketing decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in statistics, engineering, economics, marketing, business administration, or a related field—where data and numbers are second nature to you.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, with expertise in turning complex data into clear insights.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools like MySQL, Python, R, MatLab, or BigQuery.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, DOMO, Looker, etc.), and familiarity with marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), including data cleansing and maintaining data integrity.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that resonate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail, with a keen ability to clean, manage, and analyze large datasets and transform them into simple, insightful reports.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96000 - $140000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
