- Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent writing, communication skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively, collaboratively, and with all levels of management
- Ability to be flexible, reliable, and efficient
- A motivated self-starter with a love for books
- Strong knowledge of social media and web technologies (e.g. Facebook, Shortstack, Email deployment, Snapchat, Instagram)
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish a plus
- Prior internship experience in publishing and/or marketing a plus

The salary for this position is $50,000. We recognize that attracting the best talent is key to our strategy and success as a company. The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
