The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Nike is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to become Showroom Supervisor for our NYC showroom and office. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills, has a creative mindset, and a desire to work in a fast-paced work environment.

What You’ll Work On
As our Showroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for all administrative duties to assist and execute the overall operation and sales activities of the Nike NYC showroom. You will evaluate and implement showroom policies and procedures that maintain Nike Sales standards. This position is responsible for management of all marketplace sales events held within the showroom.
- Help execute key retailer meetings in the showroom, including agendas, managing calendars and attendees, scheduling merchandising support, arrange catering, register guests, and special needs
- Manage the merchandising activities at the showroom to ensure a productive selling environment
- Lead seasonal operational + calendar kick-off and recap meeting between sales and local events team
- Act as liaison between Nike and building management for designated selling space to arrange for repairs, maintenance and security for a safe and efficient work environment
- In partnership with Sales Team, lead Sample Management process to help receive, label, organize and return quarterly sample lines
- Ensure that all samples are received and accurately inventoried and sent back to the samples return before return authorization due dates
Who You’ll Work With
You will be working with the Sales teams that work out of our NYC Office and will report to the Sr. Sales Director. In addition, you will engage with internal cross-functional teammates across Sales, Merchandising, Planning and Brand Marketing, as well as externally with account buyers, planners and leadership teams.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an additional 3 to 5 years or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Intermittent to advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. which may include samples and sales materials
- Administrative experience in an executive office environment preferred
