What You Will Achieve
This Associate colleague will work on a wide variety of projects for the Pfizer Brand Strategy and Campaigns team in the Chief Marketing Office. This team is responsible for the development, execution and optimization of corporate marketing campaigns and brand acts that support major Pfizer initiatives, including PfizerForAll. This colleague will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and streamline brand marketing processes, build relationships with agency partners to deliver excellent creative work, and supported integrated marketing plans across paid, earned and owned media.
How You Will Achieve It
- Help bolster relationships with internal and external partners to ensure benefit of best practices and superior processes and standards.
- Collaborate with the Pfizer Brand and Corporate affairs colleagues to develop compelling content for websites, social media and other channels
- Help manage agency scopes, including financial and operational management for execution of all services and deliverables
- Contribute to integrated marketing plans, including developing decks, content and planning processes
- Thrive in a high-performance team culture that fosters creativity, collaboration, and a drive for results
Qualifications
Must Haves
- 1+ years experience or related university-level coursework, internship, etc. in product marketing/marketing operations in a highly regulated environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including notetaking, deck development and planning
- Collaborative, resourceful, inspiring colleague with aptitude for leading and partnering with others to achieve best in class processes, tools, and standards that bolster performance driven creative
- Ability to partner with diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread over multiple functions and geographies
- Capable of translating business goals and product marketer pain-points into process improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization
- Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy)
- Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure
Nice to Haves
- Pharma experience a plus
- Marketing or campaign data & analytics experience

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $54,700.00 to $91,100.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
