In this role on our Global Audience Marketing team, you will play a key part educating and empowering our large agency audience to drive growth for our collective customers. We are looking for a marketing professional to lead the strategy and execution of scaled marketing content for our large agency audience. You will be responsible for developing marketing materials that help agencies help businesses adopt and successfully use the right solutions. Your content will be served across digital experiences, like email, ads, video, web, in-product, programs and more. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in content strategy and content creation, a demonstrated knowledge of Facebook and Instagram advertising products and an understanding of how scaled marketing channels like emails and ads can be used to engage with businesses and drive growth. You should also have the ability to work across multiple marketing disciplines and cross-functional teams and possess an understanding of advertising objectives and goals.
Agency Content Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Create content for scaled marketing efforts to drive adoption of Meta's advertising solutions
- Evaluate audience and product insights to craft compelling go-to-market initiatives across scaled channels
- Identify effective marketing strategies and customer journeys based on specific acquisition, adoption or retention goals
- Partner with growth marketing and product marketing teams to identify, prioritize and develop consistent positioning and messaging
- Produce agency-centric content that educates businesses and inspires them to act
- Ensure content is effective and consistent across channels including emails, ads, web pages, videos and more
- Work with copywriters, designers and web developers to build effective marketing content
- Measure campaign initiatives and understand what makes content successful to iterate on those learnings
- Support team on key tentpole events
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience within content/digital marketing, brand management, partner marketing, content strategy or a related field
- Experience with online advertising industry and/or agencies
- Experience creating content for paid online media
- Experience copywriting for different online mediums
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional, global organization
- Experience thinking strategically through complex marketing projects, and translating complex concepts into easy to understand ideas
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Experience creating marketing strategies for global audiences
- Experience with advertising goals, challenges and needs
- Analytical and problem-solving experience, and experience adapting marketing materials based on data and insights
- Experience effectively collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners and prioritizing work against goals and deadlines
- Project management and communication experience
- Experience using Meta Business products (advertising objectives and ad types, mobile-friendly creative, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, including acquiring new customers, retaining or upselling existing customers, and driving key actions through marketing collateral
- Start-up experience

$35.58/hour to $113,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
