Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with an iconic and one of the largest specialty apparel brands in the United States for a Project Coordinator in NYC. This person will be working with timelines/ approvals/ art work release projects. Must be very organized.
This role is $25-26hr for a short term 2-3 month assignment with potential to extend.
Position Summary:
- Manage and update daily project status for all projects current and upcoming
- Route and traffic approved projects through the final proofing process
- Support the Project Management team with all administrative tasks including the project review process, calendar/meeting management and creative review agendas
Work Experience and Education Requirements:
- Ideal candidate has 2-3 years of strong project management skills
- Proficiency in project management platform such as Wrike, Asana or Basecamp is a plus
- Experience working with cross functional partners
- Highly collaborative
- Must have an unrelenting positive spirit and “can-do” attitude
