Are you ready to break into the world of promotional sales and event based marketing? Our client in Culver City is expanding their campaigns and looking for ambitious individuals to join as Marketing Assistants (Sales Focus) across their event and retail sales divisions.

This is an entry-level role, perfect for people who are energetic, eager to learn, and motivated to grow. You’ll represent national clients at live events, helping to build brand awareness and drive sales. With hands-on training and plenty of room for growth, this position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their marketing and leadership skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

Represent client brands at retail events and promotional setups
Engage with customers face-to-face, providing product information and tailored recommendations
Deliver strong presentations and handle customer inquiries confidently
Work towards personal and team sales goals in a supportive, competitive environment
Learn effective marketing and sales strategies through ongoing coaching
Support newer team members as you grow, preparing for future leadership roles
