Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives for HVAC operations. If you thrive on creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on collaboration, this role is perfect for you. You will craft and implement strategies that elevate our brand, attract qualified leads, and drive growth across various HVAC businesses in the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional marketing plans that support sales and recruitment objectives while aligning with the brand strategy.
Design and produce engaging marketing materials (digital and print) utilizing in-house tools and Adobe/Canva.
Manage and optimize integrated campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional advertising channels.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to launch promotions, trade programs, and regional projects.
Analyze performance metrics and report on ROI, conversion rates, and lead quality.
Maintain and optimize regional website content with a focus on local SEO.
Coordinate trade show participation, sponsorship opportunities, and community events.
Oversee marketing budgets and vendor partnerships to maximize effectiveness.
Act as the brand champion for all companies in the region, ensuring consistent and high-quality representation.
Stay informed on HVAC and construction market trends, competitive landscape, and relevant trade events.
Utilize AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms to enhance campaigns and streamline content creation.
Make data-driven decisions leveraging marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and AI reporting tools.
Engage in cross-functional collaboration with IT and operations for integrating marketing automation into business processes.
Pursue continuous improvement and remain adaptable to emerging technologies in marketing automation and AI.
Ensure compliance of AI-generated content with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience.
Experience in the HVAC, construction, or skilled-trades sectors.
Strong design skills using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Proven track record in developing and executing creative marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills for data reporting and campaign optimization.
Exceptional communication and project management abilities.
Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and travel within the region.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
