We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content and strategies for multiple clients, managing their online presence across various platforms, and driving engagement and growth.DutiesDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each client’s goals and target audienceCreate engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTokManage day‑to‑day social media activities, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages in a timely mannerAnalyze social media metrics and performance data to track progress, identify trends, and optimise strategies for maximum impactStay up‑to‑date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing, and incorporate them into client campaignsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and account managers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaignsManage multiple client accounts simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentSkillsBA in a related field and/or 2+ years experience in a related fieldProven experience in social media marketing, preferably in an agency settingStrong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiencesAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategiesCreative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trendsHighly organised and able to multitask effectivelyProficiency in social media management tools and analytics platformsAbility to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to evolving client needs401K MatchingPaid Time OffCompany HolidaysTeam EventsEducations / TrainingProfessional DevelopmentThink you’re a good fit for AW?
