Are you ready to lead a vital function in a dynamic company at the forefront of reputation management and marketing technology? We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Revenue Growth Operations to join our team and play a key role in accelerating our growth.
In this position, you will
- Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) Growth: Develop and execute a strategic plan focused on achieving ambitious new and cross-/upsell MRR targets, backed by data-driven insights.
- Boost Demand Generation: Identify, test, and scale both new and existing marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, thought leadership, and events.
- Standardize Revenue Operations: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams to establish accurate forecasting, budgeting, and a unified data source for growth metrics.
- Manage Funnel Reporting: Analyze and report on conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee Go-To-Market Systems: Ensure seamless integration and optimization of tools and processes across CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Elevate Marketing Operations: Improve attribution, reporting, lead scoring, and overall campaign execution.
- Create Scalable Processes: Implement frameworks that drive KPIs and support our annual growth goals.
- Innovate with AI: Champion the use of AI technology to enhance productivity and operational efficiency across teams.
- Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, mentor, and develop top talent, establishing clear objectives and a culture of accountability.

This remote role requires collaboration during core hours of 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. PT.
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $170,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus structure and benefits package. Our commitment to fair compensation is reviewed annually.
