Position Summary
Baldwin Publishing has an immediate opening for an Account Manager/Digital Content Salesperson to join our digital health content and web technology company . Candidates who have worked in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or food and grocery marketing and advertising will excel in this position.

We have an opening for a seasoned advertising account manager or business development manager who will nurture and manage our B2B content licensing clients. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
The account manager is responsible for managing calls, emails, and outreach to our marketing and communications clients in these industries: retail grocery, pharmaceutical, health plans, hospitals, employee wellness and consumer media. You will also look for opportunities to open new markets for Baldwin’s online or print products.
Candidates should be well-versed in digital marketing strategies, social media and content marketing.
This is an in‑house position located in the Princeton-Philadelphia region.
The ideal candidate will have a solid record with at least three years of digital advertising or digital marketing experience, be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and well‑organized.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain an effective partnership with customers, decision‑makers and primary influencers in our target industries.
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Keep customers aware of latest product developments.
Create sales material to present to customers.
Qualifications
Previous experience in advertising account management, communication sales, customer service, or other related fields.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Ability to build rapport with marketing and advertising clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
