Corporate Event Strategist

At Mattel, we're seeking a skilled Event Producer to join our Global Corporate Events team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the planning, production, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid corporate events that align with strategic business goals and deliver impactful experiences.

About the Role

In this position, you'll collaborate with internal teams, executive leadership, and external partners to define event objectives, creative direction, and production requirements. You'll manage all facets of event logistics, including venue sourcing, room setup, décor, food & beverage, A/V, signage, transportation, and on-site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop event concepts and strategies.
• Oversee event budgeting, vendor management, and logistics coordination.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver high-quality event services.
• Cultivate relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, ensuring seamless execution.

This job requires 5+ years of experience in event production, meeting management, or hospitality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required, and experience with Cvent or similar event management software is preferred.
