We are seeking a seasoned leader to manage our retail stores and drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Develop and lead a high-performing team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing feedback.
- Customer Experience: Foster an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs and ensuring high standards of customer service.
- Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management and promotional strategies.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage store budgets and control expenses to optimize performance and drive revenue growth.
- Innovation & Problem-Solving: Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
