About The Role

As a seasoned Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across multiple channels to drive demand and customer acquisition. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a global payments company and shape how we scale paid marketing efficiently.

Candidates with 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles, ideally in a high-growth B2B or tech environment, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of paid social and digital marketing strategies to maximize operational efficiency of the acquisition funnel.
  • Identify new channels, platforms, and tactics to unlock scalable and efficient growth.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with agency teams and ad platform representatives to stay ahead of policy changes, feature updates, beta program inclusion, and to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and global buying dynamics.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar ad budgets across multiple channels.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across global and regional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution.
