Position Overview
Bestbath is seeking a strategic and highly organized Marketing Manager to lead execution of integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand presence, support channel sales, and generate qualified leads. The Marketing Manager leads the day-to-day operations of the marketing function and manages the Marketing Program Manager and Marketing Content Specialist, ensuring effective coordination across digital marketing, content development, trade shows, dealer marketing, and eCommerce initiatives.
This role ensures that all marketing activities effectively address Bestbath’s two primary market paths. For the Commercial Channel, the audiences include architects, interior designers, and developers and owners operating in senior living, student housing, healthcare, multifamily housing, and affordable housing, as well as general contractors and subcontractors influencing specification decisions. For the Dealer Channel, the audiences include companies specializing in home modifications, accessible living solutions, aging-in-place or ADA-focused services, general bathroom remodeling, and dealer showroom personnel and product specifiers. The Marketing Manager ensures that campaigns and content resonate with these distinct audiences and that each channel receives targeted, strategic support.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Development
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Program Manager and Marketing Content Specialist while providing clear goals, performance expectations, coaching, and support for collaboration and continuous improvement.
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Translate strategic direction from the Director into actionable marketing plans, calendars, and campaigns while conducting competitive and market analysis and aligning all marketing initiatives with sales strategies for both the Commercial and Dealer channels.
Integrated Campaign Management
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns supporting both core business segments and ensure campaign messaging and content are tailored to each audience group, addressing segment needs, pain points, compliance requirements, and typical buying processes. Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure high-quality execution.
Digital Marketing, eCommerce, and Lead Generation
- Lead SEO and SEM strategy, paid advertising, email marketing, and digital optimization. Oversee marketing support for Bestbathshop.com including product marketing, promotional planning, conversion optimization, traffic generation, and coordination of product descriptions, imagery, and site content. Improve digital pathways to support commercial lead generation and eCommerce sales growth.
Content Strategy and Editorial Leadership
- Guide content creation for commercial and dealer audiences across brochures, spec sheets, landing pages, videos, blogs, email sequences, and sales enablement materials. Ensure consistent messaging and brand standards, maintain an editorial calendar, and provide direction to the Content Specialist to create compelling, channel-specific content.
Dealer Business Support
- Partner with the Dealer Channel Sales Manager to provide marketing assets that help dealers reach homeowners and accessibility-focused customers while creating co-branded content, dealer toolkits, sales collateral, and launch packages. Support dealer promotions, events, and advertising initiatives.
Commercial Business Support
- Partner with the Commercial Channel Sales Manager to provide marketing assets that help direct sales team reach developers, owners, architects, designers, and contractors while creating unique messaging and positioning to drive product adoption and specification. Support commercial association engagement and collaboration with industry partners.
Events and Trade Show Management
- Lead trade show and conference planning and execution, coordinating logistics, booth design, collateral, promotional plans, and product demos. Collaborate with the Commercial and Dealer Channel Sales Managers to align event strategies with channel goals and conduct post-show reporting, lead tracking, and ROI assessment.
Analytics, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement
- Establish KPIs for digital performance, campaigns, content, and events while using analytics and CRM data to identify trends, optimize programs, and provide regular reporting to sales leaders and the Director.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure accuracy of marketing materials and alignment across the organization while coordinating with external agencies and vendors supporting creative, digital, or event-related work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in building products, construction, manufacturing, or specification-driven industries.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-channel marketing execution.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms, analytics tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Excellent writing, communication, and editing skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting both direct sales and dealer networks.
- Experience with trade shows or channel marketing programs.
- Experience in eCommerce marketing.
- WordPress and WooCommerce expertise.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience with SEO and SEM management and digital advertising.
