Are you passionate about the off-road and outdoor culture, and thrive on bringing brands to life through unforgettable experiences? Bestop is seeking an energetic and highly organized Community Marketing & Events Specialist to be the face of our brand, connecting us directly with enthusiasts both online and in person! This highly visible role requires a hands-on organizer ready to travel and connect with the core community
About Bestop & Our Unique Culture
At Bestop, we're not just about accessories; we're about the adventure. As a leader in premium Jeep, Bronco, Truck & SUV accessories (and the parent company of iconic brands like Softopper and Tuffy), we offer a diverse portfolio for outdoor enthusiasts. We value teamwork, personal growth, and a strong work ethic. Our culture is defined by our passion for the products we make and the community we serve.

Key Responsibilities
We're looking for a hands-on problem solver to handle these core duties:
- Event Leadership: Plan, organize, and execute trade shows, consumer events, and B2B shows, managing logistics (booth, materials, travel, staffing) in direct coordination with the Global Sales Manager.
- Brand Ambassadorship & Content: Serve as the brand ambassador at events, comfortable engaging audiences on-camera, and capture compelling on-site content to fuel our social and PR channels.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with enthusiast communities online (forums, Facebook groups, event recaps) and support daily social media community management.
- Cross-Brand Collaboration: Partner closely with Softopper, Tuffy, and other internal BPAG event contacts to share resources, vendor relationships, and innovative community activation ideas.
- Reporting: Report on event performance, lead capture, and audience sentiment to evaluate success and optimize future strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of five years of marketing experience or equivalent sales and customer service experience.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in report/graphics software (Word, Excel, Acrobat) and solid presentation skills necessary.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are required to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of business contacts – internally and externally.
- Culture: Genuine passion for the off-road and outdoor culture and our products.
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently (estimated 25-50% monthly) across the US for events and onsite execution.
Preferred Experience
- Background in social media community management or content curation.
