We’re seeking a Lead, Product Marketing to own go-to-market messaging and Dealer/customer communications for a portfolio of digital products and services. This role sits within a small, collaborative product marketing team and has major ownership of innovation launches and a highly visible email communications channel. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and marketer who is also hands-on in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)—able to build, QA, and deploy personalized emails at scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product marketing for a portfolio of solutions, including partnering closely with Product and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build go-to-market plans for product launches, enhancements, and sunsets including positioning, messaging, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create customer-facing content such as emails, landing pages, one-pagers, FAQs, webinar materials, event communications, and release/price change documents.
  • Run the email communications channel—helping prioritize competing requests and ensuring the right messages reach customers at the right time.
  • Oversee SFMC email deployment end-to-end, including:
  • Building and managing data extensions
  • Supporting personalization/variables and segmentation
  • Track performance and report results for campaigns and communications (email engagement metrics, paid media/event reporting as applicable).
  • Maintain marketing plans/calendars and communicate upcoming sends and campaign goals to stakeholders.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a Product Marketing lead role or similar
  • Must have 2+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience (Email Studio; data extensions; segmentation; deployment; troubleshooting).
  • Experience building and deploying email campaigns (B2B preferred).
  • Experience performing QA for personalized/variable-driven emails and working through complexity (multiple audiences, versions, and data inputs).
  • Proven ability to prioritize competing requests, work through ambiguity, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong writing/editing skills and ability to translate product value into clear customer messaging.
  • Must have either worked in an agency or tier 1 supplier industry

Nice to Have

  • Innovation-focused product marketing experience (launch strategy, positioning, enablement).
  • Familiarity with webinar/event support tools and processes.
