What You Will Do

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a marketing leader at a growing organization in Colorado. You will be strategically in the center of a great work environment that helps Central Bank grow its market dominance. This role is responsible for helping to create and execute the brand vision and mission for Central Bank’s major lines of business. In conjunction with the Corporate Marketing Department, you will be responsible for managing several marketing initiatives, including working with multiple areas in Colorado, executives, and business line leaders, to execute a strategic marketing strategy. You will ensure brand, KPI, and ROI metrics align with overall Marketing strategy for the company. This position may have direct reports, depending on your level of experience and history managing people.

• Work with the President and CEO to assist with multiple growth marketing strategies across Colorado
• Work with Bank Leadership to ensure growth and overall profitability
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure brand and overall strategy fit with the company’s overall plan
• Provide input to the ongoing process of improving user experience
• Execute multiple campaigns across major business lines and be responsible for reporting ROI to key stakeholders and executives
• Gain buy-in and sell ideas to internal audiences and strategic vendors/partners
• Drive ongoing measurements and process improvements, as it relates to acquisition metrics and campaign ROI
• Actively understand and manage through collaboration the Bank’s public relations activities
• Work and think strategically to drive a more than 100-year-old brand into the future

This position starts at $124,560 per year and can increase from there depending on experience.

Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for a rockstar marketing individual interested in joining a group of established bankers and leaders in the Denver area!

• Degree in Business, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications strongly desired
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage your own project tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work and think strategically and growth-oriented
• Proven ability to work well with teams and gain consensus among peers and others across the company
• A proven ability to create strong, compelling marketing campaigns
• A proven ability to work collaboratively with other marketing professionals
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Prior history working in the financial services industry is not required
• Experience developing and executing multi-channel campaigns and reporting on KPI’s to stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate across multiple departments involving several stakeholders to maximize impact
