## Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead HOKA's global multi-year brand strategy and integrated calendar anchored in consumer insight and aligned to business growth objectives.
- Define how HOKA shows up across performance and lifestyle globally, stewarding brand positioning, purpose, voice, and visual identity while ensuring consistency and regional flexibility.
- Manage the global creative agency of record and project agencies to produce breakthrough campaigns and activations that travel globally with regional relevance.
- Lead development and execution of global integrated brand initiatives and campaigns, partnering cross-functionally (Creative, Digital, PR, Retail, Sports Marketing) to deliver cohesive 360 storytelling and consumer journeys.
- Oversee global brand activations, cultural partnerships, and key moments to build brand heat, engagement, and resonance across performance and lifestyle categories.
- Define global KPIs for campaigns and ensure timely delivery of marketing milestones and sell-in assets.
- Lead global product marketing, including go-to-market planning, alignment across functions, product narratives, seasonal marketing concepts, and product marketing frameworks that connect category and brand strategy.
- Partner with Merchandising, Global Insights, Retail and Visual Merchandising to define consumer targets, identify trends and bring product stories to life across DTC and wholesale channels.
- Develop and oversee HOKA's global media strategy with a unified full-funnel approach; partner with regional marketing, media agencies and digital teams to plan, execute and optimize paid media across channels (digital, social, video, OOH, broadcast, experiential).
- Establish global media guidelines, frameworks and measurement tools to ensure efficiency, consistency and ROI across markets; integrate media early in campaign planning.
- Champion a consumer-first mindset and foster innovation in consumer experiences through immersive activations, emerging media, digital experiences and community initiatives.
- Lead transformation initiatives to reinforce consumer-centric dashboards and measurement frameworks while ensuring global consistency and enabling local adaptation.
- Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing global team; foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, quality and accountability and champion cross-functional alignment to drive commercial success.
## Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive experience in global brand and product marketing with proven expertise in integrated marketing, campaign and global media strategy, and scaling global consumer brands.
- Experience leading global brand and go-to-market strategies within performance, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven skills in global governance, agency management, budget oversight and driving full-funnel media strategies that connect brand building with demand generation.
- Strong leadership experience building, motivating and developing global teams; excellent communication, collaboration and storytelling skills.
- Trend- and data-informed mindset with creative sensibility and the ability to balance strategic vision with executional excellence.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Deep understanding of the intersection between running, sport, culture and community and how to authentically bridge performance and lifestyle storytelling.
- Demonstrated ability to scale brands with integrity, connecting performance credibility with cultural resonance.
- Experience managing global creative partners and leading brand activations that travel across regions while remaining locally relevant.
