Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or hybrid position for the Head of Marketing role located in Texas. The position involves overseeing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and ensuring the company's branding aligns with its vision. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing strategic marketing plans, managing public relations efforts, leading the marketing team, and driving sales initiatives to promote company growth.

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Experience in conducting Market Research and utilizing data to inform decisions
• Proven expertise in Sales and developing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Knowledge of Public Relations and building strong brand presence
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing and data analytics is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is advantageous
