About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Director of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a strategic and execution-driven role — ideal for a leader who can balance vision with action, build programs as we grow, and partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer to accelerate revenue and market presence.

As a senior member of the commercial leadership team, you’ll design and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, pipeline growth, and brand differentiation. This is an opportunity to shape the brand narrative, establish foundational processes, and scale a high-impact marketing engine aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

Bonus potential 20% per year paid annually based on personal and company goal

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy in alignment with business and revenue goals.
  • Build a full-funnel marketing framework across demand generation, digital, content, and brand marketing — starting from a hands-on foundation.
  • Partner closely with the CRO and sales organization to align marketing efforts with go-to-market strategy, pipeline goals, and revenue targets.
  • Create and oversee multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Establish and maintain brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction across all touchpoints.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, tools, and vendor relationships to scale effectively.
  • Define key marketing metrics, analyze performance, and continuously optimize programs for ROI.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing marketing team as the organization grows.
  • Serve as a key storyteller for the company — creating content and thought leadership that communicates our mission, value, and impact.

What You will Bring

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a track record of building or scaling marketing functions in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.
  • Proven ability to be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable moving between vision and execution.
  • Strong background in demand generation, digital marketing, content strategy, and marketing operations.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with sales or revenue teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact and continuous improvement.
  • Experience managing budgets, agencies, and teams.
