Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to promote our architectural drafting and 3D rendering services. This role requires a creative and organized individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for the residential building industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage and create content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional offers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality promotional materials and presentations.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Maintain and update the customer database and CRM system.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget and ensuring cost-effective strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO, social media management).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
