Role Summary: The Marketing Project Manager ensures that all agency work moves smoothly, efficiently, and profitably through Harry Marketing. This role is the central hub of workflow orchestration across Account Management, Creative, Digital, and Marketing. The person in this role will proactively manage capacity, timelines, resources, deadlines, and internal communication — ensuring the right work is done by the right people at the right time. The person will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment, across multidisciplinary teams. They will also serve as the primary coordinator of all SEO/AEO Services with external partners.
Responsibilities include
Workflow & Scheduling
- Create and maintain the agency-wide production schedule
- Assign and manage workload across Creative and Digital teams
- Ensure all projects have briefs, timelines, and internal review checkpoints
- Manage intake, prioritization, and capacity forecasting in partnership with advertising and creative teams
Project Coordination
- Run the weekly Production (“Grid”) Meeting
- Coordinate between Account, Creative, Digital, and Marketing teams
- Ensure deadlines are met and communicate risks proactively
- Maintain a 24-hour slip notification protocol
Systems & Process
- Own and optimize Monday.com
- Implement task automations and dashboards
- Standardize workflows, briefs, and project templates
- Track all active and upcoming projects across all departments
Quality Control
- Ensure internal review happens before client delivery
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Maintain high standards for timeliness, accuracy, and cross-team coordination
Reporting
- Maintain a senior management dashboard for agency projects
- Provide weekly workload and capacity reports
- Track and improve on-time delivery metrics
- Attend monthly Managers Meetings and monthly Senior Leadership Team meetings
SEO/AEO
- Assist Chief Digital Officer in managing vendors, delivering reports to clients in a
timely fashion, and ensuring that AEO/GEO content is being developed according to
contracted deliverables in a timely fashion
- Coordinate with Digital Managers for review of findings and to develop recommendations for clients
- Serve as the primary point person for all SEO/AEO work
Reports to: Chief Operating Officer
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency traMic, operations, or project management experience
- Deep understanding of creative, PR, content, and digital workflows
- Strong communication and cross-departmental leadership
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar tools
- High organization, low ego, calm under pressure
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Compensation
- Salary range $90-$100K compensorate with experience
