Social Media Marketing

• Social Media Marketing on Facebook and Instagram
• Print Advertisements (flyers, brochures, magazines, billboards, etc.)
• Greet clients/ agents that visit the office and communicate with them to determine their purpose for the visit.
• Respond to inquiries online for showing requests for properties.
• Assist clients that call looking to buy, sell, or rent their property and delegate information correctly.
• Assign real estate agents to walk-in clients based on the areas that they cover and their specific expertise.
• Perform follow-up duties to ensure that all meetings/showings are successfully carried out.
• Provide support in creating informational documents such as brochures and flyers to attract new clients.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to intended recipients within the office and make arrangements for outgoing mail to be delivered to the courier.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
