Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Position Overview

Kazè is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead all technology strategy, product development, and engineering operations. The CTO will be responsible for building a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform that supports rapid disaster relief distribution. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for climate action and fintech innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute Kazè’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Kazè platform and associated systems.
• Build and manage a high-performing engineering and product development team.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and reliability under high-demand scenarios.
• Partner with the executive team on product roadmap, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Implement best practices for software development, infrastructure, and data management.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, fintech innovations, and climate tech trends.
• Represent Kazè at industry events and in technical discussions with investors and partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (10+ years preferred) in senior technology leadership roles, ideally in fintech, climate tech, or high-growth startups.
• Strong background in platform architecture, cloud infrastructure, and secure software development.
• Experience building and scaling teams of engineers and product managers.
• Hands-on experience with AI, data analytics, and mobile/web application development.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Passion for climate action, social impact, and delivering rapid solutions to urgent problems.
• Preferred to be based in Atlanta, Georgia, but open to exceptional candidates outside of Atlanta.

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Position Overview

Kazè is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing, branding, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fintech, climate tech, and social impact marketing. As CMO, you will craft and execute Kazè’s marketing strategy to increase visibility, drive adoption, and position Kazè as the go-to platform for rapid climate disaster relief.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with Kazè’s mission and growth objectives.
• Build and lead the marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and performance.
• Drive brand strategy, storytelling, and communications across all channels, including digital, social media, PR, and events.
• Partner with the product and engineering teams to create campaigns that highlight Kazè’s technology and impact.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to optimize marketing performance.
• Lead initiatives for user acquisition, retention, and engagement, ensuring measurable impact on growth metrics.
• Represent Kazè externally at conferences, investor meetings, and industry forums.
