What you’ll do

Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events from concept to completion, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop multichannel marketing strategies that promote events through SEO, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
Manage budgets effectively while negotiating contracts with vendors and venues to maximize resources.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design promotional materials and event branding that captures attention.
Conduct thorough research to identify trends in event planning and incorporate innovative ideas into future projects.
Oversee logistics such as catering, transportation, audiovisual needs, and on-site management during events.
Analyze event performance using Google Analytics and other tools to assess success and areas for improvement.

Basic qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or B2B marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress, HTML, and e-commerce platforms for event promotion.
Proven track record in sales or advertising sales within the events industry.
Knowledge of performance marketing strategies including Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
