We are seeking a motivated Channel Partner Account Manager to enhance our sales team. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in the digital accessibility market by building strategic partnerships that generate revenue and expand our market reach.
Position Overview
Your mission as Channel Partner Account Manager will be to develop relationships with system integrators, digital agencies, and reseller partners to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Sourcing and Recruitment
- Identify and recruit regional digital agencies, solution integrators, and reseller partners in the digital accessibility compliance space.
- Create a framework for mapping accessibility-focused partners.
- Conduct thorough assessments of potential partners to ensure alignment with Level Access goals.
Relationship Development and Management
- Establish joint value propositions tailored to each partner category.
- Foster long-term relationships with both new and existing partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, offering support, resources, and mentorship.
- Collaborate with partners on go-to-market strategies and joint business plans.
Revenue Growth and Enablement
- Develop targeted account strategies and co-selling frameworks.
- Encourage partner-generated revenue by aligning capabilities with market opportunities.
- Create and implement training programs to enhance partner knowledge of Level Access offerings.
- Monitor partner performance, analyze metrics, and provide feedback for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment of partner activities with company objectives.
- Co-create marketing initiatives to enhance visibility in the market.
- Promote alignment and engagement with account executives and partners.
- Represent partner interests within the organization to ensure collaborative success.
Market Insights and Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide recommendations to refine the partner program and maintain competitive edge.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5-7 years in channel sales or partner management in the software or MarTech sectors.
- Demonstrated success in building partnerships with VARs, digital agencies, and mid-sized consultancies.
- Knowledge of the DXP/CMS landscape, including familiarity with companies like Adobe, Optimizely, Perficient, and Contentsquare.
Skills
- Deep understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and partner dynamics.
- Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and communication abilities.
- Expertise in creating and implementing partner enablement strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and partner management software.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
