Overview
As Data-Driven Marketing Manager, you will focus on activation of our 1st Party Data as well as ensuring its growth through acquisition campaigns in partnership with our brands, as well as internal and external partners, using consumer data and Mar/Ad tech stacks to execute personalization and relevancy at scale. You will draw relentless attention to the interconnecting aspect of consumer data that is necessary to take an “ordinary” campaign to the next level of innovation with a focus on value creation.
This role will need to work closely with the other specializations on the team, as well as be able to partner across functions with key stakeholders in the global market, with a focus on the US, brand teams, content teams, CRM, agencies, and IT to activate and optimize marketing campaigns and consumer journeys to drive further growth and efficiencies.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage data-driven marketing campaigns using 1st Party Data (1PD).
- Act as SME for 1PD acquisition and activation across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure ethical, quality consumer data collection aligned with brand goals.
- Partner with media, PR, and brand teams to execute data-led digital campaigns.
- Design and recommend CRM audiences using CDP tools.
- Manage media agency coordination for 1PD campaign planning and delivery.
- Promote a consumer data–driven approach across business teams.
- Build strong partnerships with agencies, digital, CRM, and IT teams.
- Identify data activation opportunities and ensure seamless campaign execution.
Experience Required
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, performance marketing, or integrated marketing, ideally in CPG/Retail
- 2+ years of leveraging consumer data for marketing activations with direct experience on mar/ad tech platforms, knowledge of Treasure Data, LiveRamp, DV360 a plus (e.g., CDP, DMP, DSP, CRM)
- First-hand knowledge and experience activating and measuring performance within walled garden platforms (e.g., Facebook)
- Experience with data concepts as they relate to digital engagement across paid and organic channels
- Experience in campaign operations and/or agency experience a plus
- A constantly curious mind with a passion for understanding consumers, bringing innovative thought leadership around brand engagement
- Experience with media measurement and ROI optimization, and the ability to tie business results and benefits to the required investments
- Strong written, verbal communication and organization skills, with comfort level working in a cross-matrixed organization
