Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will develop and execute compelling social media strategies, enhance brand visibility, and drive engagement across multiple platforms. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in content creation, graphic design, and analytics to elevate our online presence and support overall marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with brand goals
- Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer
- Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, and photography utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation and industry trends; engage with followers to foster community relationships
- Optimize content for SEO through keyword research and web analytics to increase organic reach
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize audience engagement
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and web analytics tools; prepare reports to inform future strategies
- Coordinate public relations initiatives to enhance brand image and manage crisis communications when necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on branding initiatives, e-commerce projects, and promotional campaigns
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone consistency, and quality assurance before publication
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and emerging social media tools to continually improve strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe Premiere Pro or other video editing software
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, Google Analytics, web analytics, and social listening tools
- Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, and content creation for diverse digital platforms
- Strong understanding of branding principles and relationship management within digital communities
- Ability to analyze data insights to optimize campaigns effectively
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Prior experience with Facebook Advertising and E-commerce platforms is a plus
