This role can be performed in a hybrid capacity, with offices located in Poughkeepsie and Yorktown.

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team! In this dynamic role, you'll help articulate Marshall+Sterling's story, celebrate our people, and engage with the communities we serve. By creating exceptional content and analyzing engagement metrics, you'll significantly enhance our brand presence across various platforms. Responsibilities

• Manage our social media presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and emerging channels, bringing Marshall+Sterling's brand and values to life with innovative content.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, videos, and campaigns to drive awareness and foster community connections.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to capture highlights of employee stories, community moments, and initiatives that showcase our culture.
• Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and relevant industry conversations to ensure our content remains current and relevant.
• Engage with followers and employee-owners through comments, messages, and shares to cultivate authentic relationships.
• Monitor performance analytics to assess success, share insights, and propose new strategies for enhancing our digital impact.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity, ensuring compliance while embracing creativity and innovation.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as required by the marketing team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of managing social media platforms and creating content on key channels like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
• Strong writing, graphic design, photography, and video editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand voice.
• Familiarity with social media management tools, content creation platforms, and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, HubSpot, and GA4.
• Knowledge of employee advocacy tools (e.g., GaggleAMP, EveryoneSocial), WordPress, Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience in the financial services sector or regulated industries is preferred.

Total Rewards Package

Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 based on experience, education, and work location.
